Technology industry veteran Janet DeNicola founded Futura in 1992 to create an organization that defined the future of technology services and support. Today, the company is doing exactly that. From a 30,000-square-foot facility that DeNicola specially designed to support customers efficiently, Futura provides services in technology warehousing, configuring, kitting, staging, asset management, spare pooling, repairing, and Help Desk support.

In 2001, we began to expand our managed services offering by providing technology services related to the deployment and support of mobility solutions. We have designed these services specifically to deliver the mobility projects that organizations need to improve field service, workforce and business process productivity issues. Today, Futura has grown to support over 2,500 customers and 100,000 in various industries including manufacturing, retail and consumer products, and healthcare. Futura credits its growth to a dedication to continual certified investments in professional, cutting-edge technology and service industry best practices.
