Janet E. DeNicola, Founder and President
Janet's 25-year career as a technology industry executive and entrepreneur provides the experience and inspiration to build a diverse suite of services for Futura's 30,000 supported users. From developing the strategic plan to overseeing the financial management of the Company and designing the current headquarters in Fort Washington, PA, Janet has assembled a world-class organization to meet the ever-changing requirements of Futura’s customers. She is an active member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women Presidents’ Organization. Through Janet’s leadership, Futura is officially certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by the WBENC and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Dominic Sambucci - Chief Operating Officer
Dom has over 20 combined years of business development, operations, project delivery, and information technology experience. Prior to coming to Futura, Dom has held senior leadership positions for a large retail banking organization, a nationally recognized healthcare provider, and a large global consulting firm. He brings to Futura a diverse industry background inclusive of healthcare, retail, banking, consumer business, manufacturing, telecommunications, and sports entertainment in addition to servicing small-to-medium sized businesses on up to Fortune 500/1000 companies. Dom’s primary objective is “continual improvement” of Futura’s people, process, and technology in order to provide the highest levels of service to Futura’s customers.

Eric Nolan, Director of Business Development
Eric has over 20 combined years of manufacturing, customer support, business consulting, and sales experience. Prior to coming to Futura, Eric performed various roles for a regional bank, a large packaging manufacturer, and nationally recognized ERP software company. He brings to Futura a well-rounded blend of experience in servicing customers, developing solutions, and increasing sales. Eric’s primary objective is to provide customers with cost-effective, value added solutions that help customers achieve process efficiencies and cost savings.

Gerald Francesco, Director of Support Services
Gerald has worked in both Information Technology and Customer Support for over 20 years. Prior to coming to Futura, he served as director of IT in the healthcare industry in addition to management positions for large multi-chain retail and restaurant companies. Gerald has created an environment of support excellence that has permeated the entire support and help desk group. This includes educating and motivating the support staff by leveraging the latest tools, technologies, and best practices, which in turn benefit our customers.
